Effective April 18, 2026
Deadline Safe (the "Service") is operated by Pepper and Pepper Inc("we", "us", "our"), a Delaware-incorporated company with a principal place of business at 605 Pavonia Avenue #4908, Jersey City, NJ 07306, United States. Contact: hello@deadlinesafe.com · (315) 871-0833.
The Service is offered solely to motor carriers, freight brokers, and related trucking-industry personnel operating within the United States. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to bind the business entity on whose behalf you are signing up. The Service is not intended for users outside the United States.
Deadline Safe monitors publicly available data from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and related public sources about the USDOT number(s) you register, and notifies you by email (and, where you opt in, by SMS) of events such as new inspections, CSA BASIC percentile changes, MCS-150 deadlines, and operating-status changes.
Not an official FMCSA or DOT service. Deadline Safe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the FMCSA, U.S. Department of Transportation, or any government agency. Alerts are produced after an inspection has been logged in FMCSA systems and do not constitute advance warning of scheduled inspections.
You are responsible for providing accurate USDOT numbers, contact information, and payment details. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.
New customers receive a free 30-day trial with no credit card required. When the trial ends, monitoring pauses automatically unless you activate a paid subscription through Stripe Checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the stated price and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the signup form, you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. §227, to receive automated SMS text messages from Deadline Safe about the USDOT number(s) you register, including notifications about new inspections, CSA changes, operating- status updates, and deadline reminders.
Program name: Deadline Safe FMCSA Compliance Alerts. Frequency: recurring; message frequency varies with FMCSA activity on your USDOT (typically 0–10 messages per month per USDOT). Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers:we deliver via Twilio; supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most US MVNOs. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase — you can use every feature of the Service with email alerts only.
Opt-out: reply STOP to any Deadline Safe SMS at any time to stop future messages. You can also opt out by toggling SMS off in your dashboard or by emailing hello@deadlinesafe.com. After you opt out we will send one confirmation SMS and no further messages. Help: reply HELP for support information, or contact us at the email above.
Quiet hours: automated SMS alerts are not sent between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM in your local timezone, per FCC guidance. Critical alerts during quiet hours are delivered by email and in-app instead.
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (b) use the Service to monitor USDOT numbers you do not own or are not authorized to monitor on behalf of the operator; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, defame, or harm any third party.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered within any specific time window, that FMCSA data will be free of errors, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
